At The Allgood Collective, we walk alongside people doing the hard and beautiful work of healing, building, and becoming. Our offerings are rooted in the belief that transformation happens in relationship—when we slow down, listen deeply, and practice new ways of being together.
We support individuals, teams, organizations, and communities through seasons of transition, repair, and collective growth. Whether you're navigating organizational change, tending to relational harm, or simply longing for more spacious and liberatory ways of leading and living, we offer practices that meet you where you are.
This is not one-size-fits-all. Our work is responsive, relational, and co-created—because the path is made by walking it together.

Personalized care sessions are a space that we co-create together based on your needs, the reason we are working together, and the goals we surface. We integrate our skills and training from our respective modalities (nursing, mental healthcare, spiritual direction, facilitation, and healing arts) to hold a space that centers your internal needs and well-being as we make connections to external and environmental influences that affect well-being. We have at our disposal many tools to help facilitate discovery and hold change. The topics over which we can engage in a care session are broad as well. Subjects we offer personalized care around include but are not limited to:
Life Transitions & Thresholds: Be it navigating new life, end of life, and everything in between, we offer support for navigating change, grief, loss, and new beginnings with presence and care.
Spiritual Direction & Inner Life: Companioning your exploration of meaning, belonging, sacred connection, and spiritual growth.
Relational Healing & Leadership Support: Tending to relationships, communication, leadership dynamics, and stewardship with relational integrity.
Identity, Belonging & Becoming: Exploring identity, identity related wounding, cultivating belonging, and embodying the journey of becoming.
Embodiment & Nervous System Care: Practices to ground, regulate, and restore your body and spirit through change and challenge.
What is a spiritual director?
We are guides whose purpose and intention is to listen deeply to clients and help them explore their spirituality. We are grateful for my mentors and teachers who welcomed us back to our lineages and sacred spiritualities:The Mystic Soul Project (Org has Sunset)
…and direct experience with our communities of faith practice partners
Our approach is not rooted in one particular religious belief but recognizes that we exist in an intertwined and interdependent web of spiritualities and practices. We are happy to journey with you to figure out what practices work for you, especially our Queer, Black, Brown, and Indigenous Kin.

Our work and training within care systems enables us to translate, educate, advocate for you as well as your holistic care needs.

Conflict is inevitable. Transformation is a choice.
Put a group of people together—boom. That’s all it takes for conflict to emerge. Left unheld, it can derail communities, relationships, and organizations from their purpose.
Often, we’re moving too fast to stay with the tension long enough for something new to emerge. But as Adrienne Maree Brown reminds us in Emergent Strategy:
“There is always enough time for the right work. There is a conversation in the room that only these people at this moment can have. Find it.”Conflict mediation isn’t about fixing or rushing through discomfort—it’s about slowing down, feeling through, and holding tension with care. It’s about creating space to ask: What is the real work of this moment?
We believe conflict mediation is tender, soulful, and necessary work. And we’re here to walk with you through it—at the pace your team can hold, toward the future you’re trying to build.

Retreat is a necessary rhythm.
At The Allgood Collective, we’re weaving a rhythm of retreat into our offerings—spaces to pause, exhale, and reconnect. Whether it’s a few hours, a weekend, or a full week, retreat invites us into healing, renewal, and the kind of co-creation that only emerges when we slow down enough to really listen.
We host both public and personalized retreats—crafted in collaboration with you or your organization. These aren’t just breaks from the grind. They’re intentional containers where we practice being present with our full selves, name what’s true, and move through the tensions and longings that shape our work and relationships.
Retreat is where clarity begins—around purpose, pain points, collective needs, and the conflicts we’ve been carrying quietly. We surface these things not to fix them all at once, but because we believe: we can’t tend to what we’re unwilling to name.

Public retreats will be shared below and on our events calendar as they become available.

The Relational Growth Space is a community of practice—an experimental and nurturing space where we gather to deepen our relational intelligence, build liberatory skills, and grow together in service of community transformation. We aim for this space not to be place for passive learning, but for embodied participation, where personal insight, collective wisdom, and sociopolitical clarity are braided together. Through circle, reflection, and creative practice, we cultivate the kind of relationships that make liberation possible—relationships rooted in presence, integrity, and mutual care. We practice the future now, one connection at a time.

Guiding Principles
-
We believe every moment of connection holds the potential for transformation. The way we relate—to ourselves, each other, and our work—is the foundation for lasting change.
-
Transformation begins with truth. We create space for honest reflection, vulnerability, and collective repair. Growth doesn’t require perfection—it requires presence.
-
We honor that change isn’t linear. Our approach is flexible, iterative, and responsive to what is alive in the room and in the world. We co-create with the moment, not against it.
Circle practice & storytelling to foster deep connection and accountability.
Collaborative play and co-creation to reduce performance pressure and increase relational trust
Embodied facilitation and somatic tools to reconnect participants to their emotional and physical selves

Practice
Change and innovation happen in the context of relationships. Healing, transformation, and sustainable growth are only possible through trauma-informed, relational, and community-centered practices.
-
Accountability rooted in care leads to repair, not punishment. We practice mutual responsibility and support teams in building cultures of trust, integrity, and shared power.
-
We support organizations in aligning bold visions of justice with practical strategy. Liberation is not just a dream—it’s a set of choices and actions, grounded in values.
-
We grow from the inside out. By investing in people and relationships—not just plans—we cultivate networks of care, resilience, and leadership that can weather challenges and change across time.
This theory is not an abstract model—it is embedded in:
Every cohort session
Every consulting engagement
Every leadership meeting facilitated
Every retreat and community gathering designed
Each moment becomes an opportunity to rehearse liberation, harvest innovation, live into shared power, and move with the rhythm of change as it actually unfolds—in the body, in relationships, in our communities and organizations, and in the world.
