The Allgood Collective is a team of facilitators, consultants, educators, and social care practitioners who support communities and organizations in navigating change, repairing harm, and growing with curiosity, integrity, and innovation.
Our work blends trauma-informed consulting, emergent facilitation, and organizational strategy—rooted in circle practice, community care, embodiment, and justice stewardship.

Whether you’re an individual or an organization, the work of becoming and belonging is communal. Audre Lorde said, ‘Without community, there is no liberation.’ We couldn’t agree more and we believe it is completely valid to question how a person might define community. Community is complicated and holding it together can be messy, because community is also dynamic. Our goal is to empower you to define and create it.
