I’m a Black Indigenous and queer social justice communications strategist based in the South. My passion for strategy and storytelling is rooted in influencing policy change for a more just world. In my role at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont, I collaborate with community leaders and employers to lead Goodwill’s advocacy and community engagement efforts across the organization’s 18-county territory, while holding a community-centered strategy and vision for workers and their families. With a background in strategic communications, community organizing, policy and advocacy work on racial, social and economic justice issues, I’m deeply committed to building resilient and healthy communities rooted in collective community building and narrative change.
