Maybe it’s the team meeting that went sideways and nobody said anything about it afterwards

Maybe it's the leader who is exceptional at the work and quietly losing herself inside it. The faith leader holding a group of people through a rupture that hasn't found language yet. The organizer who knows the coalition is fracturing along the same fault lines it always has. The person standing at a threshold — career, identity, relationship, grief — who needs more than a coach.

Whatever it is — you don't need a list of checkboxes.

You need a companion to journey with you through transformation.

At The Allgood Collective we support individuals, teams, organizations, and communities through seasons of transition, repair, and collective growth. Whether you're navigating organizational change, designing strategy, tending to relational harm, or simply longing for more spacious and liberatory ways of leading and living, we offer practices that meet you where you are.

This is not one-size-fits-all. Our work is responsive, relational, and co-created—because the path is made by walking it together.

The Organizational Leader

The executive director whose team is brilliant and fractured at the same time. Maybe you’ve tried the all-staff retreat, the new communication norms, the values refresh. Chances are you’ve resisted and possibly fear slowing down long enough to actually hear what's underneath the exhaustion — we can accompany you.

The Faith or Community Leader

Are you a pastor, organizer, or community steward sitting with a rupture that the congregation or coalition hasn't found language for yet? There's been harm. There's been silence. And somewhere beneath both, a shared commitment is still alive — if there's a way back to it.

Individuals at a Threshold

Are you standing at the edge of something they can't quite name — a shift in vocation, a relationship that needs tending, a grief that hasn't had space, an identity that's asking to be looked at more honestly. Not in crisis. Just at a door.

The Team Ready to Dig Deeper Together

Are you on a team that is good at the work and wise enough to tend the relational fabric before crisis arrives? Not broken. Paying attention. Ready for a different kind of partner — one who understands that culture is infrastructure for belonging and innovation.

What People Are Saying

The Allgood Collective’s facilitation leadership & skills allowed our organization to be vulnerable, connect our minds, bodies, and spirit to the work we do, and allowed for us to envision our future as an organization with nuance and growth.

— Taylor Alxndr

Southern Fried Queer Pride- Strategic Planning Retreat

The Allgood Collective equipped us with tools that made meaningful conversation genuinely possible — the roles of guardian and host, shared leadership, and the talking piece. The talking piece itself was particularly impactful: the pause it created, the intentional practice of acknowledging what was heard and checking for accuracy, the circle itself. The non-anxious presence and gentle redirections held the space in a way that made even a challenging group feel navigable.

The whole experience was impactful — all of it. And in a group that does not make facilitation easy, that says something. The Allgood Collective demonstrated the skill, attentiveness, and relational intelligence that would make them an excellent fit to work with us again.

Conflict Resolution Engagement

Chantilly and Tommy did a remarkable job of modeling Circle and offering what might be called a "ministry of presence." Their welcoming warmth and calming energy embodied what Circle practice hopes to cultivate — and the ease with which they held the space made clear they've done the work. Watching them support one another, trade off presenting content, and step in and out of the guardian role was itself instructive.

What they created together was genuine belonging. In eight hours with strangers I may never see again, I never once felt like I wasn't supposed to be there. That's a gift. If our time together was a meal, I left feeling sated — not hungry, not stuffed — just full. There was a leader in every chair.

And it carried beyond the room. Shortly after, I led my first real attempt at Circle with a group I co-facilitate. One person turned to me afterward and said, "I've never been in a meeting like this before. I'm wowed." I consider that a testament to what Chantilly and Tommy planted. I can't wait for their next offering.

Journeying with Individuals

We offer personalized support for people navigating the full range of what it means to be human — from life transitions and spiritual exploration to relational healing and identity work. Every engagement is co-created with you.

    • Personalized care sessions are a space that we co-create together based on your needs, the reason we are working together, and the goals we surface. We integrate our skills and training from our respective modalities (nursing, mental healthcare, spiritual direction, facilitation, and healing arts) to hold a space that centers your internal needs and well-being as we make connections to external and environmental influences that affect well-being. We have at our disposal many tools to help facilitate discovery and hold change. The topics over which we can engage in a care session are broad as well. Subjects we offer personalized care around include but are not limited to:

    • Life Transitions & Thresholds: Be it navigating new life, end of life, and everything in between, we offer support for navigating change, grief, loss, and new beginnings with presence and care.

    • Spiritual Direction & Inner Life: Companioning your exploration of meaning, belonging, sacred connection, and spiritual growth.

    • Relational Healing & Leadership Support: Tending to relationships, communication, leadership dynamics, and stewardship with relational integrity.

    • Identity, Belonging & Becoming: Exploring identity, identity related wounding, cultivating belonging, and embodying the journey of becoming.

    • Embodiment & Nervous System Care: Practices to ground, regulate, and restore your body and spirit through change and challenge.

    What is a spiritual director?
We are guides whose purpose and intention is to listen deeply to clients and help them explore their spirituality. We are grateful for my mentors and teachers who welcomed us back to our lineages and sacred spiritualities:

The Mystic Soul Project (Org has Sunset)

    The Order of Hildegard

…and direct experience with our communities of faith practice partners

Our approach is not rooted in one particular religious belief but recognizes that we exist in an intertwined and interdependent web of spiritualities and practices. We are happy to journey with you to figure out what practices work for you, especially our Queer, Black, Brown, and Indigenous Kin.

Health Planning and Comprehension: Navigating our modern industrial medical care complex is difficult and understanding what Health jargon means and how it applies to you can be difficult to navigate. Our work and training within care systems enables us to translate, educate, advocate for you as well as your holistic care needs.

  • Conflict is inevitable. Transformation is a choice.

Put a group of people together—boom. That’s all it takes for conflict to emerge. Left unheld, it can derail communities, relationships, and organizations from their purpose.

Often, we’re moving too fast to stay with the tension long enough for something new to emerge. But as Adrienne Maree Brown reminds us in Emergent Strategy:
“There is always enough time for the right work. There is a conversation in the room that only these people at this moment can have. Find it.”

Conflict mediation isn’t about fixing or rushing through discomfort—it’s about slowing down, feeling through, and holding tension with care. It’s about creating space to ask: What is the real work of this moment?

We believe conflict mediation is tender, soulful, and necessary work. And we’re here to walk with you through it—at the pace your team can hold, toward the future you’re trying to build.

If your community or team is holding something unresolved, we’re here for that work.
    Let’s talk.

  • Retreat is a necessary rhythm.

At The Allgood Collective, we’re weaving a rhythm of retreat into our offerings—spaces to pause, exhale, and reconnect. Whether it’s a few hours, a weekend, or a full week, retreat invites us into healing, renewal, and the kind of co-creation that only emerges when we slow down enough to really listen.

We host both public and personalized retreats—crafted in collaboration with you or your organization. These aren’t just breaks from the grind. They’re intentional containers where we practice being present with our full selves, name what’s true, and move through the tensions and longings that shape our work and relationships.

Retreat is where clarity begins—around purpose, pain points, collective needs, and the conflicts we’ve been carrying quietly. We surface these things not to fix them all at once, but because we believe: we can’t tend to what we’re unwilling to name.

Want to explore a retreat for your team or community?

Book a call with us to begin the conversation.

Public retreats will be shared below and on our events calendar as they become available.

  • The Relational Growth Space is a community of practice—an experimental and nurturing space where we gather to deepen our relational intelligence, build liberatory skills, and grow together in service of community transformation. We aim for this space not to be place for passive learning, but for embodied participation, where personal insight, collective wisdom, and sociopolitical clarity are braided together. Through circle, reflection, and creative practice, we cultivate the kind of relationships that make liberation possible—relationships rooted in presence, integrity, and mutual care. We practice the future now, one connection at a time.
